growing area. The people
are mostly farmers their
main crops being cocoa
and other food crops.

wood, is located in the
town.
Daboase is also a major
marketing center for the
district and holds mass
marketing of food
produce on Tuesdays and
Fridays. Many farmers
and small scale traders
have taken advantage of
the bank’s microfinance
program to improve their
living standards by
accessing loans to
improve their
businesses.
