lies about km from Shama
where the Head Office is
situated. Kojokrom
Township used to be a
very vibrant railway
station since the
colonial days and so the
economy of the town is
tied to the railways.
Since the collapse of
the rail sector the
fortunes of the town has
gone down with the once
vibrant market becoming
a pale shadow of itself.
However the bank is
poised to infuse into
local economy the much
needed funds to help the
local SMEs through the
provision of
microfinance funds to
help them improve on
their operations.
Kojokrom is also home to

Ghana Railways Company
